Please contact ACE with your order reference if you need to cancel or change a service. Any cancellation or refund is reviewed against the agreed scope, work already completed and applicable consumer rights.
Payment and processing
Where a refund is agreed, it is arranged through the payment method used where possible. Timing depends on the provider. The absence of a job offer is not, by itself, evidence that an agreed career-support service was not delivered.
